Welcome to "sassou bettei"!

Owner: Masanobu Miyafuji
We, sassou bettei, opened in Hiroshima City on September 2, 2022. We started Soupless Spicy Sesame Noodles, which were first served at Menya sassou, which opened in Higashihiroshima City in 2016. We offer our Soupless Spicy Sesame Noodles as well as monthly limited menu items, so that you can enjoy new flavors no matter how many times you visit.
Nowadays, we have many customers, and more than half of our customers are women. Ramen shops are often thought of as being mostly male, but at sassou bettei, we have many female customers carrying stylish paper bags, and they feel at ease when they come. We want our shop to be a place where people can enjoy ramen and feel at home.
We are also seeing an increase in customers from overseas, and our ramen is popular with people from Europe and Asia. In particular, we hear from European customers that Soupless Spicy Sesame Noodles are familiar and taste like pasta. We are happy that people from various countries can enjoy our ramen.

✅ STEP 4: Finish off with some very satisfying "Oimeshi" rice!
It's also a good idea to add some savory rice at the end to soothe the tingling sensation in your mouth. Mixing it with the sauce will make it even more satisfying.
"Oimeshi" is a popular way to enjoy Japanese ramen or soupless noodles. By adding rice to the rich sauce after you've finished eating, you can enjoy every bit of the flavor. The rice, which has absorbed the flavor of the sauce, is so delicious it's like a new dish. It mellows out the spicy kick of the noodles, making it a dish that will leave you satisfied until the very end.
